
Current Job Responsibilities
As Vice President for Management and Development, Mr. Henry supports both the internal management operations of MJW, and the development of new markets and services. Mr. Henry is highly experienced in organizational management, business development, regulatory liaison, nuclear engineering, health physics, and emergency management. Mr. Henry provides direct client services in two major areas; nuclear engineering and emergency management services. In his capacity as a nuclear engineer, Mr. Henry manages all aspects of client projects including project design, cost estimation and control, execution, safety management, regulatory compliance, and documentation. He has managed a variety of projects including decommissioning and decontamination projects, safety analyses, site surveys, waste management, licensing, and program design.
Mr. Henry has also provided emergency management services, including emergency exercise design and execution, radiological risk assessments, emergency response training, radiological accident consequence analysis, and emergency planning support. Mr. Henry is highly experienced at disaster planning and emergency response. He currently serves as the Chair of the Erie County Disaster Preparedness Advisory Board, Assistant Team Leader for the South Towns Hazardous Materials Response Team, Radiological Officer for the Erie County Specialized Medical Accident Response Team, and as the Erie County Radiological Response Officer.
