Dr. Ronald E. Goans assigned to provide services to ORISE

Dr. Goans has been assigned to provide professional technical services in radiation medicine and physics to the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education’s (ORISE) Radiation Emergency Assistance Center / Training Site (REAC/TS) group, operated by Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) and has published an article in the Health Physics September 2009 Newsletter, Two Cases of I-131 Administration in Pregnancy. Dr. Goans will have another article published in next month’s issue on Ultrasound Analysis of Local Radiation Injury. His travels included off-site lectures for continuing medical education in Kentucky and Toronto Canada.
