Current Job Responsibilities Since January 2006, Mr. La Bone has served as the Assistant Principal Internal Dosimetrist for the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Dose Reconstruction Program. In this capacity he helps direct the internal dose reconstruction effort of this large-scale program providing support and guidance to personnel performing dose reconstructions for claimants under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act. He also assists in the evaluation of data relevant to Special Exposure Cohort petitions, and performs dose reconstruction research as needed. Mr. LaBone also performs work for several other government clients related to the operation of internal dosimetry programs and software used to calculate internal doses.
